Carbon Farmers of Australia will accept the following methods of payment
We recognize that privacy, whether it is personal or credit card information, is important to our customers. We are committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly.
All orders on this website must be pre-paid before fulfilment. All orders are placed in Australian dollars and we do not store your credit card number on our servers. All credit card details are transferred via 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security via our Secure payment Gateway.
In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit, we do not warrant that a placement will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment method made to function.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Carbon Farmers of Australia. Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item.
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
The type of information which we collect about you will depend on how you use the facilities offered on the website and which products or services you use.
If you visit the website to browse or download information, the web server will record the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and the information downloaded. We will only use this information for statistical and for website development purposes.
Any information that you enter on to an online application form (eg. contact details) will only be collected by us if you submit your online application. In other words, if you cancel your application, any information which you had entered is automatically deleted.

Delivery of Goods
E Books and Articles are sent electronically on receipt of payment.
Hard Copy books will be sent on receipt of payment via Australia Post.
